    NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS
    1. Stay under 11st (ideally 10st 10lb)
    2. Complete Couch to 5k -
    run a 5k race, training for a 10k, race one in May and one in June
    3. Try and maintain a wheat free diet
    4. Go out with hubby at least once every 2 months

    CALORIES TO AIM FOR EACH DAY = NET1829 Cals - (eat back my exercise calories on top of this)/my NET is now 1560 till I get 4lb off again
    BMR = 1468.7 - never eat under (leads to muscle being used for energy/starvation mode)
    TDEE= 2266 - don't go above

    11/4/11 - started Slim Fast
    SF diet lasted 8 weeks and i lost 8lb
    Back to it PROPER!!!! 21/5/12 - back to original fat whale as I were before i lost SF weight!!
    Start weight 12st 4lb!

    Now just trying to survive - exercise regular & eat healthy!

    Feel comfy in my clothes, size 14 first then hopefully size 12

    Not used any weekies as yet.. May hav a take away this evening for dinner as I restart them tomoro.. Nice treat for doing so well... Or then again... I might keep on plan and hope for another similar loss next week... Will see
