    I'm ok, I'm gonna be out of action on the exercise front tho which is drastic. I had a slight accident tonight Mr M knocked me over with my van whilst I was strapping my little girl in. I'm ok, coulda been worse I'm just so sore and bruised down one side I'm more upset about not being able to go to the gym tonight!

    I'm still not sure I'm eating enough, I've still got 30 odd weeklies left and although I'm not WI Friday my weeklies will start again Friday.

    TBH I was writing everything into my notebook from over the last few days.. I've been tracking on myfitnesspal but hadn't been writing into my notebook or on here (Will update I promise) and it wasn't nearly as bad as I had thought.. I have used maybe 20 weeklies... Which is allot for me but I know on the whole its not allot.. But they've not been used wisely.. They've been used on crap!! Which annoys me.. How do I expect the scales to show smaller numbers if I'm not eating sensibly?! Irritates me... I know most people use them for goodies n treats but that's not (usually) me.. * week is due to start tomoro too so I really shud have been an angel foodwise to try stop a gain.. But hey-ho.. can't turn back the clock!!!

    You've not been too bold considering yer having a wee break.. I think its a mental thing.. As Kerry said the other day.. When yer having a break from counting you dont think about food and what you can't have as much as when yer trying to control and point it..

    Then at 4 in the morning I still wasn't asleep and had a sandwich with tea. What is WRONG with me lol...

    I know to some people it doesn't sound much.. But you know me and my eating pattern.. I don't 'do' crap snacks.. And I don't usually crave chocolate coming to or during * week!!
    I'm going away next weekend with Jonathan for 2 nights so NEED to be 100% on plan ALL week.. Then the following week I'm having a day off for Elaine's birthday night out so will need to get straight back to it when I get back from Sligo and 110% the following week leading to that night out.. We all know where my nights out end up....................... McDonald's

    No, if i'm honest I can't.. But I give it a good go ha ha..

    We're going to The Glasshouse Hotel in Sligo.. Got 2 nights there from The Late Late Show last time we were there
    Hopefully we'll be celebrating us being approved our mortgage But either way it'll be a nice break..
