1. I actually got told that I done something good in work today
2. I had to go to the bank on way home so went to one that was away from the chip shop as I was craving fritters
3. Made a yummy bolognase for dinner!

1. Enjoyed a nice salad at lunch
2. Survived another day at work!
3. It's nearly Friday!
I'm not feeling confident for weigh in this week, feeling bloated and scales are showing just under 2lb gain! Hope it's gone by sat!!
