Lauras exercise log and general stuff

So I've been on here a while and keep a food diary. I've decided to make somewhere else to record my exercise and goals for this year. I am determined to do 2 x 5k runs....the first is in 6 weeks...Operation Transformations 5k fun run. I'm not really prepared properly for this one so it'll be an experience to say the least. I plan to jog and walk this race and enjoy it.

The second one I'm gonna run later in the year with my hubby, haven't decided when though. That one I want to run strong from start to finish.

I also go to zumba and I absolutely love it. Its great, intense and fun.

I'm aiming to do about 3 hrs of exercise a week in January and then I'll reassess later

Editted above for todays exercise, legs are a bit fatigued. Found the run tough today, but first proper run outside. Gonna try and do as much outside as possible and only run on the treadmill if I can't get out.

    Had a good day xx

Right so I have come to terms with the fact I am not fit enought to do what I'm doing in the c25k, so have changed it to the operation transformation format. Did my first bit today. Gonna do it all outside, once I can do the 5k and the race is over I can use the treadmill just to keep fit x

Well done on the exercise- it really is the most satisfying thing when you start to feel yourself getting fitter and stronger each time you do something. Stick to your programme and I promise it won't take long at all for you to start to feel the difference! The hardest thing is to start xx

Yeah I love exercise once I get round to doing it lol. The jogging is new but I've been walking and doing zumba a while. Just decided to log it in 2012 to see how much I do x
