Diet to lose repulsion

Hey! I'm here! I've been a few times but I'm back and I'm doing it! As of today I have started operation diet to lose repulsion. My mother took a video of the family out for lunch yesterday and I was so shocked at what I looked like I just HAVE TO do this this time. I'm only 24 and am pretty much a recluse because of my lack of confidence. All friends very very very much welcome! Help me! x:sigh:

Day 3 and so far so good! I seem to be eating a lot but very aware of my portion sizes. I was having 3 times more of some things (pasta, cereal, etc) and thought that that was a portion size. Jumped on the scales (naughty but necessary) and 2lbs down so something must be right. :)

Yay to 2lbs down already,well done! Thats good that you are aware of your portions sizes now :0)
 
Thanks girls! I was just so shocked that I could have been SO out with portion sizes. I also walked round a big local lake yesterday. Took me 45 mins. I'm hoping to be able to start cutting that time down x
 
I bet the lake looks pretty :0) it's good to set mini goals like that..getting the time down that it takes to walk round it.
 
Hey can I subscribe.. I could do with the support to be honest. Only got good old Daisy who talks to me on mine!! She will keep you on the straight & narrow x
 
Definitely! The more the merrier! I'll go and find yours too :) Day 4 and still motivated. It's usually about day9/10 when it starts to go by the wayside. BUT not this time ;) x

Yup small things count,well done,i'm nearly always on my iPod for this so don't have much info on mine plus can't see others info.
 
Off to read my kindle while on the exercise bike. If you hear from me in the next twenty minutes I'll expect a stern telling off! x

Lol,hope you enjoyed the work out on your bike,like your style of reading whilst on it,good way to pass the time :0)
