Hi All!! :)
Well I started WW on the 14th June and I have to say it's been pretty easy so far.
Recovering vegetarian....so I still stick to the wonders that are fruit and veg. With them being 0 p p. It's been pretty sweet :) literally!
I haven't QUITE gotten around to enjoying beef again but hey ho, I'll get there eventually.

I'm down 17lbs in the 6 weeks since joining weight watchers - down a dress size, and I get to eat what I really enjoy! EVERY DAY! :)

I also work out minimum 3 times a week doing cardio and strength - so far so good! I do hate the aches and pains though!

I've always loved cooking and I'm using old school weight watchers recipe books and pro pointing them as I do them, as well as taking some inspo from the little booklets that came week 1-4

400g Pork3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
vegetable cooking spray
2 teaspoons olive oil - divided
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon capers
1/4 cup fresh parsley - minced

Trim fat from tenderloin. Cut tenderloin into 1/2 inch thick slices; place slices between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap and pound to 1/4 inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

Combine flour, salt and pepper in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag, add pork slices. Seal bag, and shake until pork is coated.

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and add 1 teaspoon oil, and place over medium-high heat until hot. Add half of pork slices, cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Transfer to a serving plate, keep warm. Repeat procedure with remaining 1 teaspoon oil and pork slices. Remove skillet from heat.

Add lemon juice, water and caper to skillet, bring just to a boil. Pour mixture over pork slices, sprinkle with parsley.

Does anyone else eat less to drink more instead of using weeklys???
I feel awful today after four drinks last night, sticking to 21 for food and 12 for drinks.
