Day 1, Week 1..
Current bmi 48.9...in other words morbidly obese, being 9st 7lb would give me a bmi of 23.9 in normal range...ten stone to lose.. Have no support from bf in real world, only putdowns, so relying on support here..Also concerned as to how to tone up loose skin when Im losing so end up like folk on "the biggest loser"...and be toned and not like those on "a year to save my life" who have to get skin removed. I may not be as big but not far off and I have 25 years of a ravaged body due to fat...and so the journey begins...*
Ps meaning Ive been fat since childhood, obese since adulthood..Im 41 now..*

Hi you sound same as me need loose around 9 stone and scared of loosing because of loose skin! I'm 26 and have no real support just put downs I'm starting class tomorrow looking forward to it! X
You have youth on your side honey, and that means younger more elasticated skin which should bounce back into shape easier. Im 15, almost 16 years older...Lots of luck to you ..*)

Despite being Unwell went to get weighed only didn't stay to group as missed first week weigh in and not wanting to lose my way completely. So was 19.13 and in 2 weeks lost 5 lb am now 19.8..as has happened many times in my life..oh well 5 needed off til next stone bracket.. Good luck everybody *

Just wanted to say good luck on your journey - I have about 5st to lose and like you I am 41 - a friend of mine has just lost nearly 7 st and she is 50 and is not left with much saggy skin at all to be honest so dont let that get you down hun - I know everyone is different but just think of the health benefits of losing the weight and not what your left with.
