    2/3 stone to lose. anyone similar?

    hello guys!
    i joined WW last year and lost 21lbs which i was very happy about. I want to lose at least 2 stone this year. Does anyone know how long it could take me to achieve this? I am starting again tomorrow, would love a buddy!

    2stones in a year is around 0.5lb a week so sounds very doable, as does 3 stones.
    I am hoping to lose 4/5 stones to get to goal this year - eek!

    Hiya,
    My first days tomorow but in 5 months i want to be 2st10lb down or even if i get most of it ill be happy. If i loose an average of 2-2.5 lbs a week i think i can manage to reach my goal in time. Im going to stick to 26pp a day and do simply filling on the weekends, and will have a WI every Monday. Im going to be drinking green tea religiously and cardio for 30mins a day.     I want to lose 3.5 stone (or thereabouts) by late August as my best friend got engaged over xmas and I need to look slim as my first (and possibly only!) time as a bridesmaid

    2 stone sounds likes a very feasible goal SurfySophie91, I think I'm going to be pushing it for 3.5lbs, I always start so well and then go totally off track so am hoping being on here might help me to stay on plan!

    I am forcing down a cup of green tea as i type - I just can't enjoy it even the flavoured ones seem to taste the same!

    I am exactly the same. I have 3.5st to lose for my friends wedding in August.
    I started ww a couple weeks ago then fell off the bandwagon epically! So here's to a new week and a new start.
    I have forced myself to like green tea, it took about 6 months but now I can drink it easily. I find the green tea and lemon one the nicest or I get a green tea and mixed red berries from a specialist tea shop. Aim to drink 6 cups a day, it will detox you and kick your metabolism into gear. Add honey to help prevent being poorly too.

    I think 2 is completely achievable. If you lost 1lb a week it's over 3 st a year x

    I've got almost 3 stone left to lose, done almost 2 stone already.

    I've got a holiday booked for July and thats what I'm aiming for. Don't expect to be at goal but I'd like to be not far off by then.

    Hi All

    I want to loose anything from two and a half stone to three stones this year. I am 40 next December and am not planning on being fat AND forty!

    I started Pro Points yesterday so far so good, ive dipped in to my weekly points on both days?! Hope that wont stall things? Cannot wait to get to work this week as I find dieting in work so much easier!!

    I weigh in on Saturday mornings so will keep checking in and hopefully have some losses to report lol xx

I say that every time but really have to do something, my clothes size have stretched from a size 10 to a tight size 16 in 6 years. This is the first time I have joined a forum so am helping it will keep me motivated. x

    Hi Scooby :-) x I lost two and a half pound and I'm quite happy with that x and me my wardrobes bursting with stuff I've not worn in size ten or eight and I go up to a sixteen!! I am determined to shift weight x
