I'm new to this forum after trying every diet known to man..anyway I've decided its time for the tried and tested formula or eat less move more.
I think my weight loss always fail because once I do eat healthy I'm disappointed I don't lose a big number. So keeping this in mind I've set myself a mini target.
I want to get down to 199lbs by 1st July. That's about 7lbs a month..I plan to post regularly to keep myself honest.
It's totally about doing it slowly but surely... That way you can maintain much better than losing all in one go and starving as a consequence! Good luck :) x
Good plan. I am quit erratic to week 1 on a diet I drop 7/8lbs then I fall into a silly pattern of a tiny gain through not tracking, then overcompensating and losing 5lbs the next week. Doing that means losing 1/1.5lbs feels like a failure so I revert to my naughty-nice fortnights again
This year I am going to break the pattern and try to think monthly instead
First weigh in and I'm down 3.8lbs. Very happy as I've been sick all week and unable to exercise
