Hi I've been a bit of a lurker so joined minimins and decided to weigh up the options and see what diets are out there and which ones worked
After calorie counting endless times and tried ww once before for about 2 days I decided to go back to ww and start again going to the first meeting was good until I stood on those scales I could have wished the ground open up and swallow me I thought I was 15 stone 8lbs huh was I wrong
i weighed in at 15stone 13lbs!!! So as of then I decided enough was enough and the start of my journey began.
My first week which was last week I sat and worked out my points day to day and planned my meals including any treats I may like and I also bought myself a set of ww scales,I also write everything down in the journal omg that is my godsend and I can never be without mine.
i went to my 1st weigh in yesterday and lost 4lbs and hearing yes well done a loss of 4lbs was just so amazing I left that meeting buzzing and so now I decided to start a thread on here and look for meal ideas and if I feel myself slipping then I know I can come on here and recieve support
