I am starting here along my journey hoping for some extra support to keep me going. In two years on and off dieting with weight watchers I have managed to lose 62 lbs and I know I will never gain that weight back ever but my goal is to lose another 43 lbs.
This week is a tough week as my TOTM is due in 6 days and I really suffer badly( water retention, really bad cramps, extreme tiredness and mood swings) and my appetite is up n down. I have medication to help but it does not help with the mood and water retention.
Normally I am such a happy bubbly person but it just vanishes in the run up.
Anyway enough of me being miserable I am of to my brothers for the day tomorrow and I am making the Zingy Lemon Tart from May's WW Magazine to take. He cooks fairly healthy so I should be okay with the main.
