Okay so I've been reading through a lot of people's weight loss diaries and thought it might help me to make my own one..

My name is Vicky, I'm 23 and I've always been a bit of a fatty.... In February this year I decided a change was in order so I started weight watchers from home. I did well lost 2 stone by the end of March, however I then unfortunately lost my job and was off work for 6 weeks. Resulting in me putting a stone back on.(Eating out of boredom more than anything)

Anyway 6 weeks ago I started back on weight watchers and have shifted the stone I put back on (so that's a loss of just over 2stone now.. Sorry if I'm confusing anyone)

Last week I bought weight watchers monthly pass on ******* which gives me 2 months worth of meetings and esorce (it was really cheap!!) So last Wednesday off I went to my first meeting which I found really helpful! I weighed in at 18st9 (2lb less than I was expecting!) plus there was loads of people with some fantastic success stories!
That was me motivated then. My goal is to lose 7 stone by Christmas which works out at 2.5lbs a week I have a lot of weight to lose so this is doable (in theory) so 2 stone down 5 to go!!!

I have a really bad habit of weighing everyday. It's my actual weigh day tomorrow so I will be sure to keep you all updated

Quite enjoyed my meeting this morning!

My friend Michelle meets me there she's a bit older than I am but she's not a chubber like myself.

A nice 5lb loss this week which means I've lost 36.5lb all together. 2lb till my first weight watchers silver seven so that's my next mini goal.

Came out of my meeting at half 10 and started work at 12 so went home where mum had made my breakfast.

Full on cooked breakfast. Was nommy 15pp in total. Sounds a lot but I'm in work 12-12 so I won't eat anything else today.

I find when I'm in work on a big shift like today I rely on the weight watchers boiled sweets. A box tends to last me a week :) well worth the 2pp a box.

As far as activity points are concerned, I've earned 2 so far today I've got 8 hours left on my feet after I finish my lunch today so I think I'll earn at least another 8 :)

I find this forum a really good way to organise my thoughts and think about how far I have come in my weight loss which in turn gives me the drive to continue.

So ladies and gents that's me for today's update.

Ok so I actually earned 16 activity points yesterday as I wasn't on bar I was running food. Running being the operative word there I did not stop from 4pm till 9 when the kitchen closed then I was on bat clean down and restock so again running around like mad. A well deserved 16ap!!

So dinner today consisted of:
3x nimble bread 3pp
Bernard Mathews coronation turkey 3pp per packet
3 slices weight watchers cheese 3pp

Effectively made an open toastie

Start work at 5 so probably won't eat anything else today.

But I'm full and will be a busy bee so I'm guessing ill be fine!

Bit of a busy one yesterday! I did have a weight watchers honeycomb bar last night so that's an extra 2pp.

A total of 6 activity points earned yesterday too so I'm happy with that :).

Going to have a cooked breakfast again today to get me through work.

So that's 15 pp.

I tried the weight watchers sausage and mash today. I didn't read the packet and thought it was normal mash. To my surprise it was swede carrot and potato which made me a bit weary. But it was yummy. I also had a refresher ice lolly after reading some good reviews on here. That was yummy too.

So a total of 29/39 points used so far today

10 activity points earned so far today as well.

I'm not sure if anyone else feels the way that I do but I kind of feel like weight watchers is taking over my life ha It's literally all I can think and talk about.

Isn't my life exciting lol

Ok so my day today.


I didn't start work until 5 today so that meant a nice lie in!!
Had a very late breakfast at 11:30.
Quaker oats porridge! (3pp)
Milk 1% (3pp)
I say 3pp for milk to cover tea as well no way I used 3pp today though!

I have become a little bit of a porridge addict of late it is so yummy! And fills me up for a while!

For lunch. Quite a late lunch too at 3:30.
2x nimble brown bread (2pp)

Again I say 2pp but they were the very end of the loaf so much smaller than the normal slices

1 packet (100g) Bernard Matthews sweet chilli turkey breast (3pp).

2 slices of weight watchers cheese. (2pp)
This is one of my favourite lunches. It's like an open toastie. Yummy!!

Snack a jack curls. (2pp)

I also had a curly wurley (3pp) with a cup of tea.

Yumm.

Do started work at 5 and immediately got asked to work an extra hour. Knew it was coming but I'm the type of person that can't say no to people so I worked on only An hour anyway :p.

I earnt 8 activity points in that little shift. So that's me happy!

So that's.
18/39 pp used today
And
8 activity points earned :)

I'm on a 12-8 shift tomorrow it'll be madness in work as we have a carvery and its a Sunday :/ so I hope to earn a few more activity points.

Okay so today I worked 12-8. It was manic as you'd expect on a Sunday bit finally dulled off at about 5. We then had a party of 60 at half past so it literally didn't stop.

Had a nice cooked breakfast today although we didn't have any eggs so it was effectively just sausage and bacon haha my mum also bought the wrong weight watchers bread so it was 2 pp per slice instead of 1pp.
I have hypothyroidism so I take tablets everyday so had orange juice for that this morning.

So that's 14 pp for brekkie.

Had work then so didn't eat just drank A LOT of water. Iced water is my saviour!

Had a late tea tonight which was naughty!

I had weight watchers chicken and mushroom tagliatelle 8pp
2 pieces of nume garlic bread 5pp
Freddo 3pp

16pp tea.

So that's

30/39 points

7 activity points earned so far but ill make it to 8 by bed time.

So time for today's update while it is still today. :).

Ok so my breakfast was again cooked however it was just a small one today as I've run out of everything hahah.

Breakfast. 12pp

I had work 12-9 today so was preparing for the day with a nice brekkie.

Had a cup of tea and a weight watchers chocolate muffin on my break at 4.

Lunch 5 pp

Was running food today so earned a nice load of activity points.

16 in total which worked out to be 9.92 miles. Ridiculous!!

I did have a little wander around asda too which is included in this total

I finally got n at but half 10. Had a Curley wurley with a cup of tea. And my mum had bought the Special K cracker crisps. So I had to try them haha.

That's 6 pp

So that's 23/39 points used

And 16 activity points earned.

Incidentally, I earned 59 activity points last week and didn't go to the gym once!! Amazing!!


I do need to get back to the gm this week though as haven't been for 2 since I've started my new job.

I forgot to put my pedometer on today :(. I'm so annoyed!

I think it'll be about the same amount as yesterday though if I'm honest I think I'll call it 12 to be on the safe side.

Ok so for breakfast today I had egg on toast and orange juice.

And I've just had a cup of tea some crisps and weight watchers mini cookies :).

I've got some weight watchers gummy bears in my bag for later on.

It's my mothers birthday tomorrow. So we're going out for food I've not had a "treat day" for about 3 weeks so ill be having a nice treat when we're out tomorrow ill still try and point it though :)

So today that's

11/39 points used today

And 12 activity points :)

Just got in from weight watchers. Lost another 5.5lbs this week so that's 3 stone exactly now :).

Yay me.

My wright watchers leader was asking me questions today I was almost in years. I cry about everything though so it's not a big deal haha

It's mums birthday today. So we're going out for lunch I'm very happy that her birthday fell on weigh day. Means I can have a treat myself :).

I will try and point it with my eating out book but who knows haha.

I'm a very happy bunny today and hope that everyone else is having a nice day.

Here's to another good loss next week :)

My teat was lovely while I was eating it but I paid for it after. I have no concept of feeling full, so ate way too much.

I had

Wild boar and chorizo burger. Chips, onion rings, garlic mushrooms and shared chocolate cake.

I worked it out to be 50 points (surprisingly low but I had a little bit of everything not a full portion)

So that's 38 points used and 12 weeklies

Going to get to the gym on my other 2 days off to try and burn some of it off haha xx
 
Well I'm sad to say that today has been a rite off.


I've been so lazy I didn't get up until 11 o'clock. I'm feeling really ill as well I've got a pounding headache achy muscles and a runny nose.

MINGING!!

Needless to say I haven't been to the gym I don't think ill be burning off any activity points today. Ill be lucky if I do my allocated amount of steps for the day.

As far as food is concerned I've had

A peanut bar.
3 slices of weight watchers bread
A packet of Bernard Matthews turkey chunks
3 slices of weight watchers cheese.
A packet of hoops and crosses
And a freddo

So that's 16 pro points in total.

Doubt ill be eating much else today.

On the plus side I did earn 4 activity points yesterday. Whoop whoop lol.

I'm going to crawl back into my hole and go back to being ill now.

I think everyone has days/weeks like this.
It's just important to jump back on it.
If it was your totm too I bet you felt awful!

I think with me because I haven't had a day off in a while my body has been holding it in so now I can relax I'm ill.

I'm sure I will live though :)

Ok so turns out I did eat a fair bit more today! I ended up having a weight watchers chicken and mushroom pie and 2 slices of nume garlic bread.

I was feeling so much better after that so did French manicure on my mums toes for her.

THEN!!!!

We shared a weight watchers muffin and had some cookie dough ice cream with it :)

So that more than doubled my point intake of today from 16 pro points

So thats 35/39 points today

No activity points earned but did do my allocated amount of steps for today so not all bad!!

Well anyway. I think that's me for today.

well done but u should try and keep off the scales! i used to do it and it becomes a really bad habit, i like to wait the week now and be overwhelmed or disappointed lol

I know it's terrible.

I usually weigh in every day to make sure I'm not putting any weight on. Touch wood I'm yet to put on.

The only reason I haven't weighed everyday this week is that I was scared of putting on after Wednesdays blow out lol.

I even go to the extremes as to weigh in before I go to my meetings so I know what to expect lol.

I'm like a woman possessed.
