morning all
new year new start new me
ah sounds great on paper ( or screen ) doesnt it?
now just gotta manage the hard part and stick to it
been around minis for 7 years or so and on every diet board
have introduced myself a million times and slunk away ashamed of myself a million times too
so hows this time going to be different? well ...
this time i am not after a quick fix - i am happy with slow and steady
this time i am doing it for me and for a reason and i have a goal
this time i am not going to take it personally if noone else reads my diaries
this time i am not going to compare my progress with anyone elses
and this time i will be more active - - i have to be --- mid sept 2014 i am completing the thames path challenge in aid of motor the neurone disease association and will be walking 100k or 62miles in a 24-30 hour continuous period - so its walking shoes on - healthy eating and positive thinking head on
looking forward to sharing my journey with you
