A bit about me... I am 33 years old and could literally write a book about the amount of diets I have tried in the past. Everything from cambridge, to dukan to slimming world. I have come to the conclusion that the moment I hear the word diet I want to eat everything in sight and cant seem to think about anything else but food??
Anyway I have looked around for an eating plan that is flexible and not restricted to compltetly healthy foods. A plan that will fit into my lifestyle which will allow me to eat the foods I like in moderation without any guilt.
Weight watchers seems ideal and is a plan I have not tried for many years, so I am hoping that I can stay motivated and maintain my will power.
Thats the idea anyway??
I will update this diary daily to help keep me motivated and to see in writing why it is so important for me to lose this weight.
