    New Year New Start!!

    Hello Everyone,

    A bit about me... I am 33 years old and could literally write a book about the amount of diets I have tried in the past. Everything from cambridge, to dukan to slimming world. I have come to the conclusion that the moment I hear the word diet I want to eat everything in sight and cant seem to think about anything else but food??

    Anyway I have looked around for an eating plan that is flexible and not restricted to compltetly healthy foods. A plan that will fit into my lifestyle which will allow me to eat the foods I like in moderation without any guilt.
    Weight watchers seems ideal and is a plan I have not tried for many years, so I am hoping that I can stay motivated and maintain my will power.
    Thats the idea anyway??

    I will update this diary daily to help keep me motivated and to see in writing why it is so important for me to lose this weight.

    Good luck to everyone on their weight lose journey. Hoping 2014 will be our year.

    Well so far so good. Been on the plan now since Sunday and I feel really motivated at the moment. Maybe because I am eating what I want and dont feel deprived at all. Im simply pointing everything and still have plenty of weeklies to spare!

    My weigh in day is Saturday so hoping for a weight loss. Fingers crossed. Cant wait to achieve my first Goal to be in the 14 stone bracket. Its been at least 3 years since I was actually that light!
    Goal 1 - to be in 14s

    Goal 2 - to lose 5%

    Goal 3 - to be in 13s

    Goal 4 - to lose 10%


    Goal 5 - to reach 13 stone (haven't been this weight since I was 17).

    Can't lie the last couple of days have not been the best. Got weighed today tho and still managed to loss 4.5 pounds. Definitely going to give 100% this week!

    Well so far so good. Stuck really well to plan and hoping fingers crossed I will have lost something on Saturday.
    I say so far so good as Wednesday is a bad night for me. My partner works until late so once Ive got my son to bed Im left on my own rattling around the house. Boredom leads to one thing for me! Im really hoping my will power will hold out!
    Ive got plenty to do at home to keep me busy so hopefully the munches wont set in!

    keeping busy is deffinately the way forward when it comes to taking ur mind off food... if they do kick in, reach for something low in points!!

    Well I successful got through last night. Kept myself busy and my son was quite unsettled last night so by the time I got him back to sleep and tidied around it was time for bed.

    Fingers crossed I can maintain my will power over the weekend end. Got too many of my sons Easter eggs to contend with! Fingers crossed I won't do too much damage!

    ahhhh easter is possibly worse than xmas as chocolate is my downfall!!!!!

    ahhhh i dont have children as yet so thats better for me, i remember being a child me n my sis used to have silly amounts off the wholeeeee family aunts n ev! n i have 8 of those

    but no doubt my mom will buy me some sort of choc still, and mother-in-law and the other half!! lol never too young eh?!?! naughty but nice

    2.5lb off this week so into another stone bracket. Really happy. 7 lb in 2 weeks!! Can't even say I've been very strict. I'm so pleased. Got to get Easter over with tho there's so much chocolate in my house at the moment!
