Hey everyone, past friends and new friends alike, i am back with tail between my legs, quick recap ! 5 stone lost up until June 2014 where I went on holidays. 8lbs on, ok survied and off again! then went on a few work weekends, on lbs, off lbs, on, off get my drift! back down to having 4st 12.5lbs off for my weight watchers fashion show in Oct! After that I went a little mad, may I also add only went and met my boyfriend in all this and have sucessfully put on 11 lbs ... what a wake up call at last weight watchers meeting in dec which i rejoined only to help my damage at xmas! Well you would think it would be wake up call, as I shovelled gravy chips in last night accompanied with a battered sausgae ......... it was yum! so today I have usual bloat, heart burn and love the way my thighs have started rubbing together!

I know I have come so far and do not want to go back, unbelievable how different you feel for only 11lbs! Confidence got up and ran away, feel sluggish, the heart burn! So I got to thinking at the start why I started weight watchers, and it was for all the above yet had no idea I could have achieved so much already and I am not going back!!!

I currently have around 2 stone now to get to goal, It will be hard to get used to being strict with myself again but quite looking forward to it! I found this website an amazing help to me before, the support is great! So come on folks, lets go! GET THIS DONE

And about the same as me to drop. So as per my thread, indeed a plan!

So far so good and my dead line for rubbish was 1st Jan! Had a great day so far, I had lovely homemade carrot and pepper soup for lunch and chilli chicken wraps for dinner using my new found best friend ww 50/50 wraps! 2 wraps for 5 pp, chicken 4pp, red fat coleslaw 4pp lettuce and tomato so on a fab dinner for 13pp! ! I had branflakes for breakfast with cup of tea and a wafer bar this afternoon therefore I have 8pp left, decisions on how to use them wisely .. xxx

Morning everyone, Happy new years eve!! Can you believe 2015 is almost upon us, im actually more dreading my 30th birthday 12th Jan :( lol! but my mum told me recently its ok you never actually grow up your body just looks it!

Food today is going to be really good actually cause although tomorrow is my strict start even without thinking im so back on it really, Branflakes for breakfast with a cup of tea 6pp, bag of onion rings at break time 2pp, lunch will be a slim bread (actually think they are called slims?) 2pp and in it I am having tomato and a light cheese slice! so pop that in microwave for a minute and its melted cheese heaven for only 3pp total! dinner is going to be my homemade chicken curry with a bag of micro rice so I will still be up 5pp for the day which i will no doubt drink later and maybe some more ..!

I have only started to make soups so although its nice im sure I could greatly improve! carrot and pepper was literally load of carrots, 4 peppers, celery, onion, garlic salt pepper and stock cube and I think i even threw in mixed herbs lol! boiled up and blended, froze in individual portions. I also made brocolli soup, now it was really nice! it was frozen broccoli, onion, celery, stock, one potato and salt pepper! again boil and blend! I had a load of spinach left over in fridge when making broccoli second time and put some of it in, not sure you ever really taste spinach but it was nice in it too! I make the pepper one zero pp please correct if wrong then i always pointed broccoli one at 1pp per portion but maybe its free too as the one potato is split over 7 portions?

xxx

That tomato and cheese slice thing intrigues me! What kind of tomatoes and cheese slice are used?

I will take a picture of packet, they are sandwich slims? thins? lol just had it, i use lidl light cheese slice, now its the ones that come in plastic but I think its better than no cheese and a block is dangerous in my house! I wouldn't look near it then come a sat night id eat it whole! lol xx

Hey all!! Sorry to neglect this so early but I ended up going away for a few days to my boyfriends house, had a great few days but I really did finish this xmas weight gain in style ... anyways not dwelling on it now it's all set for wi tomorrow and back to normality with school work and wi!! First will be worst so bring it on!

While at his I managed to gain a food processor, blender and electric whisk lol! How sad am I, currently got soup on boil, pavalova in oven and going through my hairy bikers cook book for ideas tonight! I am feeling all chef like experimental with my new equipment! Anyone any ideas of stuffing for chicken fillets? I normally roast a load of veg with it but thinking could you blend it all and actually put it in the chicken? How random am I!!

Hope everyone else going good and had had a fab new year xxx

Try stuffing the chicken fillets with :

quark
chilli flakes
grated lemon zest and juice/ or lime
salt and pepper

Mix together and stuff chicken.
Wrap chicken in a slice of parma ham and put in oven. Put some cherry tomatoes around it to roast in the juices.

Serve with roasted squash.
Steamed green beans.

Absolutely delicious.
Even the kids will eat it!!

Sounds really good thanks for both! I got all chef ish and made a pavalova for dessert, veg soup on atm cajun chicken in oven and fruit pots made up for lunches this week! Can you buy quark in supermarket? There used to be a list of pp for hairy bikers cook book somewhere but WHERE lol xx

Anyone any ideas of stuffing for chicken fillets?

I love chicken breasts when they are stuffed with quark, garlic and herbs (it's even easier if you use a vlf garlic and herb soft cheese), rolled in egg white and then in seasoned, low cal brown breadcrumbs. Spray with fry light and oven bake - they are as near to a chicken kiev, which I love, as you can get.
