Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum but not new to weight watchers.
I joined ww last Thursday and have my first weigh in this week. I've been trying to lose weight for about five years now, I did lose around five stone about 8 yrs ago but put more back on
so this time I thought I'd look for some support and help so if I feel like eating the entire contents of my house I'll just drink water and type on here instead.
Ive set silly goals in the past and made mistakes so this time I want to get my head in the game, dh is doing it with me which is good. He joined with me.
Anyway, enough rambling, back to big brother (yes I'm sad ) and I'll be back soon.
 
Hi Vicky! Here to follow! I have a diary in the food diaries section. I am such a fan of BB! I've watched it every year since it started (maybe i'm the sad one?) hehe.

Will you be posting your food diary?
 
Hi nicola, not sure I'll do a food diary, only as I'm really busy and not sure I'll have time but if things go wrong and I need to keep track I will. Been for first weigh in and lost 4lbs so quite please with that. Always want more but that's life! If I can lose a lb a week from now till Xmas I'll be at goal!
