Week 2 - 9.5lb down!

Hi Everyone

So I am into my 3rd week now with WW and I'm really enjoying it........I get really bored of food and this always happens after Christmas (probably because I've eaten too much, lol) but because I'm watching everything I eat I'm thinking up lots of new things to eat and things I'd forgotten I love, like reduced fat houmous. Anyway, I had my second weigh in today and so far I've lost 9.5lb in total - 6.5lb week 1 and 3lb week 2.

Well I just thought I would share that little bit of happiness with you and hope you're all getting on well too.
 
Well done that is amazing

can I ask your weight when started to be nosey?

in three weeks I have lost 10lbs and I started at 18.7
 
Hi well done on your weight loss so far! I know what you mean about foods that are healthy and you'd forgotten how nice they are. I've swapped crisps at lunchtime for some carrot sticks and low fat hummous and I love it, don't miss the crisps at all.

My starting weight was 15 stone 8.5lb Brunty. My points allowance was 32 to begin with but is now 30 but I do find most days I'm only using between 26-29 but I think that's because when I snack I'm sticking to fruit and veg and only have something sweet after meals. I figured that this is what I allow my kids so I should stick to the same rules!
