Then I edit this main post to show how well everyone is doing. Why? I find it really motivating, and it's easier to set myself a small monthly challenge then a huge one like 'lose 3 stone by June'. Smaller challenges are the best I say! So... If you are interested in joining, just post and let me know how much you want to lose by the end of the month (it might also help if you post your weigh in days), preferably in the format used for the challenge. March Challenge Sparkle Loss to date = 66.5lbs (weigh day is Monday) March goal 4 Week 1 = -4lbs Week 2 = ?? Week 3 = ?? Week 4 = ?? Start Weight: 178lb Current Weight: 147lb Goal Weight: 147lb Statistics: Total Weight Loss: 31lb Weight to Lose: 0lb % Lost 17.42% | Good idea. Can I join you please, I need to stop messing around and loose these last few pounds to get to my new target. I am going to Rome for the Easter break, and I want to be at target by then. So for me I need to loose at least 7lbs. I want to be a bit less so can afford to have a bit extra in Italy. Weigh in day is Saturday. So will report back then. March goal to loose 7lbs. Deb x |
