My advice : have it in your heart. that you want to do something about it – don’t give excuses or say you can’t do it (there no such word as can’t) could not – I don’t belive it for one second – everyone can do when they try!

It may be hard but don’t give up if you do what’s a point in moaning about it !

Do you have a 'treat night'? Maybe that would help you to keep on track?

I can't really talk because I'm terrible to yo-yoing...like you I'm really good one week and then really bad the next.

Do you go to ww meetings? I just went to my first one yesterday so I'm hoping that'll be enough to keep me on track. I'm also going to try and save a couple of points occasionally so I have a few extra points for a treat once a week. I'm hoping that the combination of a proper weigh in and a weekly treat will be enough to stop me yo-yoing on and off it...only time will tell.

Would it help if you only went fortnightly?? Or would that make you worse??

You have lost 15lb though so you must be doing something right. Well done.

    Diet: Don't diet anymore!
You have less than 2 stone to go to get to goal weight so I am guessing if you up your water intake, take a few long walks and generally stick to a nice fruit and healthy food based way of eating then by the summer you will be bang on goal weight and feeling really good.

    Hiya Ann
as Flirty says you must be doing something right as you have lost 15lbs already

Not really sure how weight watchers plans work, as was more of a slimming world girl, but do they have 'speed' foods, which would speed up your weight loss? Plus I read something about their 'wendie/wendy' plan, maybe give that a go?

Do you stay to the class or just weigh and go, if you just go, maybe stay for the class so you get some ideas...

    Good luck
    love
