    keeping the diary and keeping the faith

    Hi everyone. For those that dont know me, Im a 22 year old female and ive rejoined weightwatchers in a bid to lose the final three and a half stone. My target weight is 10 and a half stone and my current weight is 14stone 2.5lbs. I did lose three and a half stone 4 years ago and while I have kept it off, there has been every different excuse you can imagine as to why i didnt keep going so now is the time i reckon.

    Ive decided to keep a diary here on minimins. I believe it will keep me on the straight and narrow and i think the days i do fall if i come here for some motivation it will help me to stay focused.

    my graduation is in 7 weeks from today and i hope to lose 1 stone for it. so here goes.

    please feel free to keep me motivated! i need all the help i can get because sometimes i wonder if i will ever get there!

    well done on your restart and a huge well done for losing that 3 and a half stone and keeping it off for the last 4 years, that is a major achievement. I have just joined WW this last week as I was on Lipotrim before that and need a weight loss slow down to give my body time to catch up with it all.

    thanks a million ladies. i lost 5 pounds this week, no idea how but im gonna keep on working at it. 6 weeks to graduation. hair and make up booked and im looking at dresses. all the motivation i need!

    yeah i have my eye on this one shoulder dress in french connection. however where i live there are some lovley boutiques and with the current economic climate the prices are way down. im going to dublin the weekend before my grad so think if i dont see anything before hand im gonna just go shopping in dublin and get it then. the city is brilliant for shopping so ive no doubt ill find something.

    id love either this style cos it would show off my waistline and cover up the belly!

    but i love this dress also however feel it may swamp me and make me look preggers which given that i working my ass off to lose the weight i dont fancy!

    i know they are expensive but it took me five years to get my degree. five long hard years due to personal stuff and i want to look and feel my best! having said that if i see a dress i love for like 20 euro ill grab it!

    i got my clip in hair extensions last night and i weighed myself this morning and i weigh less than what i did for my 21st a year and a half ago so im happy! its all going well. will defo post the pics. x

    im having a chillout day. off today and have still got a bit of a cold but apart from my cycle later to keep me on the narrow im just chilling so yes i suppose it is rather lovely bear1982. i too like the spotty although my charming sister says "you need a tiny waste to wear it".... to be fair shes pregnant and very hormonal at the moment. also said a few weird thing so im just gonna let it fly over the head. my waist is the tiniest part of my body so why not! wont bu for another 3-4 weeks tho. christmas stock etc. but its fun to keep an eye.
