Its that time again... a new month coming up... time for a new challenge

The way the challenge works
You set yourself a challenge for the month, and then post on here every week when you weigh in. Then I edit this main post to show how well everyone is doing.

Why?
I find it really motivating, and it's easier to set myself a small monthly challenge then a huge one like 'lose 3 stone by June'. Smaller challenges are the best I say! :D

So... If you are interested in joining, just post and let me know how much you want to lose by the end of the month (it might also help if you post your weigh in days)

Yey! Well...with the hopes of not changing my mind and staying on this VLCD...Im going to set myself a whopping target of 15lbs!! :-O Allowing for the fact that I may have gained weight the last few days!!!! xxx

Id love to say a stone but might come a cropper with easter coming up iv got a cadburys cream egg addiction!:eek: so ill say 10lb, id be chuffed to bits with that, thanks hannah x

I got off to a flyingstart bybreaking my diet properly for the 1st time innearly 1 weeks ,but hey,what's done is done.
