    Question free foods?

    anyone know of any free foods i can take to work with me beside salad and vegtables!
    so i can nibble on too?

    As far as I'm aware the only free foods are vegetables...if that's not the case then I'd be interested to see the responses on this too!

    Theres not many free foods, the free stuff is mostly veggies and things like spices, drinks etc.

    Egg whites are free... exciting I know lol But I often make up scrambled egg with them (it looks so bland but tastes good), or you could make an omelette with veggies.

    The only other 'foodstuff' which is free (as far as I know) is jelly oh and rhubarb!

    None of which is great for picking at at work
