Hey Guys, thought i'd tell you about this, as my husband bought it for me today, i must say its fab. I have the original one, which i really enjoyed. The new one uses all the data you collected in the first one and has all the same games on it, plus the new ones so you don't have to keep swapping discs.
The best thing imo is that after each activity, it gives you the amount of calories you have burned and counts them all up. I think you can create your own workouts, i only had a quick go on it, but i love it already. It's only £17 which for a wii game is great as they're usually much more then that.
My question is, how many calories should you burn daily to make a difference to weight loss?

my husband enjoys it though
and I've burnt off 300 of them on EA Sports... so I've only had 700 calories today?
- i know i want to lose weight, and I'm sticking to the points, but seriously no wonder I'm not shifting this weight if I'm only having so few calories a day?
- I had a little book once which I got from WH Smith which was a calorie counting guide - listed everything in there by weight/calories etc - might be worth investing in if calorie counting is your chosen weight loss route - the one I had actually explained how to work out the amount of calories required to maintain/lose etc & fat/carb/protein ratios etc
