But yes its possible to lose weight on ww while still eating rubbish, imo thats were it differs from sw. But their guidelines do say to get your portions of calcium, etc, and the discover plan encourages you to fill up on fruits and veg, high protein foods etc. My leader often says you should only reserve 2-3 points for treats - in other words high fat or calorie foods that have little nutritional value. She says if you use more points than that for 'treats' you may not get all the nutrtion you need from your food. So if you follow the plan then you wouldn't be eating rubbish, if you see what I mean. But if you just count points, then yes - you can lose weight eating rubbish. |

You are perfectly entitled to eat your full daily allowance in one sitting or while snacking. The difference is that you will make it extremely difficult to yourself since it will only make you hungry. The whole idea behind ww is to eat whatever you like by making healthy choices. So if you plan in advance and mainly eat filling foods - it will keep you full within your daily allowance and you will not have a cravings. Of course you can have an odd snack now and then but you'd have to compromise it later. It's always a choice between quality healthy food and rubbish stuff. Once you taste buds adjust to new things you'd be wondering how on earth had you been eating all this crap before. Take one day at the time and try to experiment with ww receipies - they are all yummy. Good luck hun xxx
