    Thumbs up Are you all Ready for This

    Hi All

    I have Been to my weight watchers class it was not bad atall soon as i got in to the meeting i knew some people already and they sat with me. The leader was really nice too and I went mad buying different things got a points calculator also bought a little plastic cover to put my books in and also got some peanut bars.
    Really enjoyed it dont know what I was worrying about
    The leade has let me borrow her weighing food scales the new black ones and i take them back next week she said I will get you to lose weight.
    Got a bit of reading to do those litle books you get when join.
    Thought I would tell you all the good news so now I will be able to join you all properley now im doing ww and join in with you all

    I know going to things on your own is daunting, but sometimes in life we have to be brave if we want something badly enough! It's great that everyone was so friendly!! People with a common goal normally are.

    Thanks everyone it was better than I thought it is just getting on the plan from tommorow and then it will be nice to see what the scales say next week know im talking a bit early for that .Dont think i will get on my own scales at home or i might get disartened .

    I am taking the plunge tomorrow too. I have been on and off of slimming world for quite a few weeks. Not enough sins for my liking.

    I am going to a weight watchers meeting tomorrow. I feel it's more to my liking. If I want a packet of crisps, its not going to cost me 5.5 sins, just 1.5 points, sound so much better.

    I can have as much sugar free jelly as I want. I can have soup. I am so looking forward to it.

    I used to do sw and i thought like you that your sins was high and ww is only a small amount of points well i took the plunge and dceided to go and get started once and for all.
    Glad i went everybody was really nice and friendly.
    I wish you luck for tommorow joining your ww meeting too
    Yes you can eat anything you want as long as you keep with in your points .

    I was hummming and arrrring about wether to join or not but in the end decided to go it is nice to be one of you now I felt awful before I joined ww with not really following the plan I will let you know how I get on
