    Start Date: 15/02/2010 restart after gaining loads of eh hem.. baby weight (excuses, excuses..)
    Start Weight: 15st6lb
    Current Weight: 12st11lb
    Goal Weight: 10st0lb
    Goal Date: as soon as possible - definately on or before November 1st 2010

    Previously lost 7 stone in 10 months thanks to weight watchers and minimins, unfortunately gained alot because of pregnancy..
    AM A DEDICATED FOLLOWER OF WEIGHT WATCHERS, JUST NEED A KICK START ON LT AS SO, SO DOWN WITH MY POST PREGNANCY WEIGHT SO....
    LIPOTRIM JUST FOR 3 WEEKS, THEN 1 WEEK OF REFEED
    LIPOTRIM:
    100% tfr week 1-3: -15lbs (now 12 stone 11lbs)
    Refeed week:
    AND THEN BACK TO WW TO LOOSE REMAINDER...

    How often do WW actually recommend you do the Wendy plan? Do they have limits per month or per 12 week cycle or anything? I cant imagine theyd encourage people to do it too often

    January - 28lbs
    February - 9lbs
    March - 13lbs
    April - 6lbs (2 weeks holiday)

    May 6 -9lbs
    May 13 - 4lbs

    well it did start off as a -- IF YOU HAVE STOP LOSING WEIGHT! --- OR STARTING TO LOSE WEIGHT!

    but many people is now using it each day - your just having a high day really!

    i know its don't sound right but you not using any other points just those - also you don't eat your bounus points so -
    i points is that your not going over which is better!

    but w.w have not said it bad at all - not even for the people using weekly! x
