because if i point for example each individual item in my risotto its 9pts, but if i get a total of the calories and sat fat in the entire recipe its 7.5pts so how do i point it?

I would deffinately go for the points for all the ingrediants seperatly, thats how i do it. Always better to be safe than sorry
