Lauramum - the reinvention
Im back to be reinvented into a slimmer fitter girlie. My first weign in was Tuesday and though it was only half a pound its kick started something. The disapointement in myself was imense as i know I didnt put my all into the first week but that was then. I bought a w/w pedometer, my new best friend and got a points tracker app on my iphone. Downloaded some i books to listen to while I walk the dog to hopefully keep me and the dog out longer.

lost 5 stone by the time i got to December 2010,
then maintained until August 2011 ...
now have slowly seen the weight creep up
so back on ProPoints to sort it out
