    Fresh fruit on weight watchers

    Hi
    When you have fresh fruit like strawberrys or rasps have you to weight them or can you judge what a portion looks like i just wondered about this as some fruit has the weights on the packagings

    I personally weigh things like that, just to be sure






    Start Weight - 14st 9.5lb

    Current Weight - 12st 1.5lb

    well if i only have two or three i don't bother --
    but if i making something and using alot then the best idea would be to weigh them!

    in less i use one to make things look pretty then i don't add it either!
