Diet: Weight Watchers
Low Fat foods

Hi
I seem to be buying alot of low fat foods like ww cakes and walkers lights mullerlight yoghurts I think this is the reason why im not using all my points because it is low fat and they are very low in points . If i started eating normal foods and normal crisps and little cakes i bet i would use my points faster but dont want to go over my points doing it that way.

Regards

You will really want to be buying these when your point allowance has dropped lower.....but for now you need to get some bits in that are higher in points
