    Smile pork chops made tasty

Hi there, i made pork chops the other night and after cutting off all of the fat i covered them in the BBQ seasoning from Asda (which is syn free at SW, probably similar at WW), i 'fried' it in frylight and actually is was really nice, especially as i dont like pork normally! lol!!! Hope this helps!!

I like this one now and again

    Chili Rubbed Chops
    1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 (5 ounce - 1/2-inch thick) lean, boneless pork chops
1 pound green snap beans, steamed
    1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Heat pan and coat with 1 cal spray
In a small bowl, combine chili powder, sugar, cumin and garlic powder. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir until paste forms. Rub paste onto both sides of each pork chop, place on prepared pan and cook 4 minutes on each side until inside is no longer pink.

Serve with string beans drizzled with fresh lemon juice.

    Serves 4.

I usually have pork chops with a leek and cheese sauce. I slice up leeks and add them to a colmans cheese sauce packet which is 4 pts for the whole packet plus semi skimmed milk 2 points which serves 4 so 1.5 pts
