Wink Could this be the perfect way to do WW??? lol

My mum has decided to have a go at WW, she only has maybe half a stone to lose, so doesnt want to go to classes so shes decided to have a go at Core on her own.

I took her over the WW handbook with the lists of all the free foods and she had a look at it. I explained about the points allowance with it too. She read through it and was mentally doing menus and meals that she could have for free. She felt tho that it was a huge amount of food to be eating and still hope to lose weight

The only thing that she was concerned about, was using the points.... she worked out maybe 1/2 per day on bread 0.5 on marg and 1 on milk, ideal!

Then she says but thats only 2.5/3 points what will I use the rest on? She thought she got 21 points PER DAY, not 21 a week, PLUS Core

Hmmmm now maybe THATS the perfect diet

My advice : have it in your heart. that you want to do something about it – don’t give excuses or say you can’t do it (there no such word as can’t) could not – I don’t belive it for one second – everyone can do when they try!

It may be hard but don’t give up if you do what’s a point in moaning about it !

Blimey. Now that would be fab.

I did core, when it was called No Count.

Pretty good too despite only having limited points spare.

Yes, thats what I said in my original post, (that it was 21 a week) my mum thought it was 21 per day PLUS core, thats why it struck me as so funny.

Maybe you had to be there
