Been away for 2 weeks on holiday! Weighed in today a day earlier as i normally get weighed on a wednesday! And have gained 3.5lbs! Boooooo!
Never mind i had a great time! And im restarting now and going to lose those pesky pounds i put on from hols!
Plus ive got 8 days until next weigh in with weighing in early!

Welcome back and well done - I think thats a respectable gain for 2 weeks holiday and it will soon be gone again
wow that is brilliant. Anything under 7 lbs is fantastic for a two week holiday. People who don't have a weight problem would do this when they are away but wouldn't know about it because they don't weigh themselves. Doesn't take them long to get back into their usual weight range xx
Remember this is what a lb of fat looks like . . No more moaning "I only lost a pound !!"
Hi Lou, I agree with Brightonrosie, that's not much of a gain over two weeks. I have gained 1/2 stone on a 10 day holiday before!

I think you should be proud of yourself for not putting on more whilst on holiday. I gained 8lbs on a weeks holiday lol
