    CD Start date 9.1.07 CDss is really quite fun (I think it makes me high..shhh don't tell anyone or it'll be made illegal)... though it can get just a little dull after a while.

    12lbs is quite a high goal on WW. WW say you can lose about half a stone a month so 12 is quite a bit higher, thats the sort of losses people have on VLCDs. I DO hope you succeed but dont be disheartened if you dont. I prefer setting lower targets and then maybe beating them, its a psychological thing
