hey, i have just joined, im finding it very difficult at the moment,
my start in weight is 15st 12lb
by the end of august i would like to be 15st


12lbs is quite a high goal on WW. WW say you can lose about half a stone a month so 12 is quite a bit higher, thats the sort of losses people have on VLCDs. I DO hope you succeed but dont be disheartened if you dont. I prefer setting lower targets and then maybe beating them, its a psychological thing![]()
