Help.....is this correct??
I really need your help on this one. This evening I followed a recipe from a ww cookbook. I cooked Minced Beef, Beans and Pasta Bake. Apparently there are 5.5 pts per serving but if I work out the ingredients individually its more than that. I had a medium sized portion. Is there a possibility that I've consumed more than 5.5 points??? Also how much is a serving??

I would work out the points from the ingredients rather than the recipe. Plus the portion might have been larger than the recipe portion size.
How does it work out going by ingredients?

How many does the recipe say the meal will do, have you cut it into that size of portion? If it says does 4 then 1/4 of it will be 5.5 if youve had 1/3 or 1/2 youll need to work it out accordingly.
IF youve followed the recipe then trust the points, dont re point it yourself
