    Question Question about weight watchers

    Hi
    can anyone answer this question. It may be a bit confusing but when do you change the amount of points you allowed for the day. Is it when you have lost a stone? So when you've lost a stone you drop by 1 point??

    yes, when i went from the 13's to the 12's i recalculated my points so i was 1 less

    it's when you enter a new stone bracket, so like said if you were on so many points at 13..whatever.when you hit 12.13 you drop a point.....although my leader says drop a point at the stone itself so 13stone dead on instead of waiting till 12.13 x

    this is what i do, just easier and more simple just remember to lose a point at every stone marked! not looking forward to losing another one soon though! sounds silly but that 1 point is a lot!

    Started WW Discovery in Sept 09
    lost 5 stone by the time i got to December 2010,
    then maintained until August 2011 ...
    now have slowly seen the weight creep up
    so back on ProPoints to sort it out
    November 2012 - 12st 9lbs
    1 stone put on over a year and 3months

    So, does that mean when i get to 15st dead on i go down by 1pt? I have lost 8lb so when i lose another 2lb i will be at 15st?
    Not when you lose a stone just when you get into a different stone iykwim?
