    Talking Surprising or shocking pro-point finds....

    Thought it might be nice to share things you have found to be good value for propoints or on the other side of the coin not much bang for your buck propoint wise!

    My immediate ones are;

    ww vegetable supreme pizza is now 13 propoints!

    Quorn Southern style strips 2 propoint each!

    Corn is 0 PPs! So are snow peas and sugar snaps! I see a lot of stir-fries in my future. *wonders if broad beans make a decent substitution for edemame or could be used to make hummus*

    Bananas and pineapple are 0 points! So happy about that because I have a horrendous sweet tooth and used to spend quite a lot of points on fruit.

    corn as in sweetcorn? yep still has a value as does peas. Lentils are higer too, i used to add 80g to my soup to thicken it and was previosly 1pt per portion but now it doubles at 2 pp per portion, may or may not continue to add them.

    Beef in general seems very high in points to me. Extra Lean Mince is 6 points per 125g raw and a Rump Steak is 10 points for 255g, which isn't that big.

    yes I agree about the beef, I had some yesterday and felt it was high even on the old discover plan, which surprised me as its lean and a good source of protein.

    I had heard that while corn on the cob and sweetcorn have propoints, baby corn is free, as it was on Discover. So stir fries still on the menu.
