    how to work out PP allowance?

    I'm sure there is and will be hundreds of these threads so I do apologise however I'm a little confused. WW online is saying I want 38 pp a day to loose weight but I was convinced my leader said another figure.

    I'm 16 stone 6.5lb, 5ft 9in female and 27.

    just worked it out on calculator for you and it comes out to 38.

    My leader told me a different figure but it was because she had worked it out on last weeks weight and i had lost 6.5lb this week so i dropped from 36 like she had worked out to a new fiqure of 35
