Hello everyone, hope you are all focused and having a great day so far.
I have around 66 LBS to loose it seems like a huge amount but if I take it 1/2 stone by 1/2 stone it should be manageable.
I have lost 2 stone last year but I want to be more focused and enthusiastic this year. I also intend to up my level of exercise as I want to run 5kms in May, which isn't that far away.
Onwards and upwards
