    Goal Date: i would like to be a lot lighter by christmas

    Start BMI: 48.4
    Current BMI: 43.3
    Goal BMI: 24.6


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 1st12.5lb
    Weight to Lose: 6st11.5lb
    % Lost 10.69%

    anyone doing the simply filling plan

    am going to give this ago after weigh in on wed, i have had a real bad week this week after having the depo injection i have been eating and eating and eating and really dont want to go on weds

    I occasionally do Simply Filling. Things they classed as Filling Foods on Discover aren't necessarily Filling Foods on ProPoints though... I ain't done SF on ProPoints yet..

    I think if you go on the WW forum the people doing SF post on the "Healthy Habit Top Exchange" board so they may be a good source of information. I remember seeing a link to. PDF with all the foods classed as SF on one of the posts there.
