    New to propoints

    Hi all,

Newbie here...well new to propoints anyway. Joined up last night, managed to lose 3 stone on ww 7 years ago and 3 children later Im back to lose it all again (hopefully)
Quick q: Im allowed 32 points daily, ate 29 today and was stuffed, is this ok to do, will it affect my weight losses?
Finding it hard to get my head around the new system.

they recommend to have all your dailies, but nothing on the manual says that you can't have less, as long as you feel full and you don't deprive yourself. Eating for the sake of it is wrong, no matter what some leaders say

Thx for your reply. Have my food plan totted up for today and will hit 30 points today and that includes me having some treats. Hard to eat the full 32 unless I fill up with bad food....

Lucky you I always could go over it's a struggle to stay within my 29 points. Im always starving at nite!! Used my weeklies one week and I put on a half pound. Only seem to lose if I stay under the 29 a day and no extras.
