Whats your target for Xmas - its almost exactly 4 months away yet but thatll pass quickly.

Its a bit longer range than our usual challenges but how about it...

Whats your Xmas wish (weight wise)

Starlight - Id like to lose another 2.5 stone to take me to 9 stones in a year

andi - I would like 2 stone off

vodaka999 - i want to weigh 10.7

Rosemary - I'd like to lose another 20 lbs

Sonban - I think I will go for 1st6Lbs please

Eclipse296 - I would love to be maintaining at 10 stone at Christmas

paula - i want to be 10 stone

andi - I want to get to 11stone

raudi - I would like 2 stone

kirsty - I would love 2 and a half stone by xmas

BMI - would love to be 12st 10lb by Christmas day

dreaming - I would like to be 10 stone by Christmas

Marie - I would like to be 9st for xmas

nails - I want to get to 11stone by christmas

I would like 2 stone..... but if its as slow as the first stone has been i'll be disappointed!!!! as its took 4 months for the firstone to come off~!
