    can someone tell me how many points for 2 weetabix semi skimmed milk & a banana pleeezzzzee

    hi kittykat - OH has gone off to work in MY car which had all my ww little books and stuff in it but I'm fairly sure that one weetabix is one point (so obviously that would be 2points), the bananna, depends on the size, if a little one 1.5 and the milk, hmm, depends how much you used, I'm not great with pointing milk to be honest ( because I never measure it) but semi skimmed is prob feck all... how about 5 for the whole thing???
    God, Im not much help Kittykat I think I'm just guessing here....



    Previously lost 7 stone in 10 months thanks to weight watchers and minimins, unfortunately gained alot because of pregnancy..

    just looked on sunnybisk pack and it gives you cals for 2 bix and milk so with nana 4pts

    i thought weetabix is 3 points for 2,1 and half for banana not sure on semi i have a pint of skimmed a day for 2 points
