Week 2 = stayed the same
(Big loss first week, so not surprised)
Disaster! Faulty scales! (True). Gained 6lb and been 100% good. Checked on wii scales and they show a different weight. Going to use them from now on. At least I still lost a good amount to start. Phew! 1lb loss and a belt for my trousers! After the scales disaster this is the positive I needed. 13lb loss in total
2lb loss! 1st 1lb gone in total!

Another 2lb loss! 1st 3lb gone! And I came out of the obese bracket and into the overweight!

My first since starting. Extra points don't like me at the moment.
Lost the 1lb! Kicked out obese again!

Still enjoying zumba and weights. Added walking into the exercise programme now.
