Maybe you could try planning your main meals in advance then you would always know how many points you have for the rest of the day. I have an 8 week evening meal plan so I always know what I will be having in the evening![]()

Snap I'm struggling too, my problem is that i hate wasting 7pp on breakfast ! and nothing else really fills me up :/

Maybe you should try a Monday WI for a while and see if it helps. If not you can always try other days. I find that Sunday is a good day for me to WI...it gives me the motivation to keep going the next week which I really need as I'm at home alone all day and it would be so easy to go off track badly.

I'm going for a weekend wi, Saturday so that I can have a little treat Saturday night if I do well (only week 1 so we'll see). Personally I think it's the best day for me, to help keep me motivated during the week.
Just referring back to your original post, I know it's a bit of a cliché but just think, 4lbs off is better than 4 lbs on.... Keep going!

*Starting WW again to maintain/Lose a little*
