    Struggling!

    I have been following ww since after xmas with a great loss of 4lb
    Im really struggling please help me as i have over 2 stone to loose xx

    I am not sure if i would be better with anoner WI day . The freedom sometimes is my problem.

    Maybe you could try planning your main meals in advance then you would always know how many points you have for the rest of the day. I have an 8 week evening meal plan so I always know what I will be having in the evening

    Maybe you should try a Monday WI for a while and see if it helps. If not you can always try other days. I find that Sunday is a good day for me to WI...it gives me the motivation to keep going the next week which I really need as I'm at home alone all day and it would be so easy to go off track badly.

    I'm going for a weekend wi, Saturday so that I can have a little treat Saturday night if I do well (only week 1 so we'll see). Personally I think it's the best day for me, to help keep me motivated during the week.

    Just referring back to your original post, I know it's a bit of a cliché but just think, 4lbs off is better than 4 lbs on.... Keep going!
