    Its working!!! :-)

    Well.....after a month on SW, total dedication and exercising 4 times a week with absolutely NO weight loss :-( I switched to WW and after 1 week I have lost ........2.5lbs!!! Totally delighted!!

    Hope the mojo is here to stay :-)
