    Help points confusion!

    I'm really confused. How do I work outmy pro points? I've been using 22 and from reading things I've had conflicting info on minimum daily points!

    Please help?!

    I'm 25
    5ft 6
    10st 7lbs
    Sit Mainly at work
    Not pregnant
