bye cambridge, hello weightwatchers

here goes,

im 18 and have been on the cambridge diet for 19 weeks and lost just over 4 stone. (had christmas and odd days off)
My goal is too get to nine and a half stone, so another 2 stone to loose and then maintain but feeling positive.

After alot of thought ive come to the decision that this friday will be my last weigh in with my cambridge counsiller and plan joining weightwatchers on the following monday.
It feels like that right time for me and really dont want to do the 6 steps on cambridge,
Just wondered if anyone else has been in the same position, i know i will gain my first week, just curious as to how people have done in the following weeks coming off the cambridge diet onto ww :)

wow - well done with your loss hun!

I did Lipotrim 3 years ago and went onto SW - i maintained for a few weeks then it started coming off....hope thats helpful :)

I was like that. I just told her that i felt the diet wasn't right for my body. That i needed more food etc. She was disappointed but not a lot she could say. xx
