Ok so I know that a few of you or even all of you may want to kill me for this butttttttttttt I WI on a Saturday morning & I have 41 WI's before Santa comes :p

So my challenge is to be at goal for then.

I have a total of 36lbs to lose!

Sooooooooo if anyone wants to join me hop aboard the Xmas Target 2012 express.........................

WI 1/-1.5/34.5lbs to lose :)
WI 2/-2/32.5lbs to lose :)
WI 3/-3/29.5lbs to lose :)
WI 4/Plus 0.5/30lbs to lose :cry:
WI 5/Plus 4/34lbs to lose :cry:
WI 6/-4/30lbs to lose:)

Count me in Dolly Rocker! I have 40 pounds to lose so it means I have a pound a week to get there! :)

How you been getting on anyway?

I've had 1 WI already & feel like this time I am just getting it.

Hope this feeling lasts anyway.

I'm just making some dinner - baked potatoe, tuna, salad cream, onions & broccoli - 10PP's & very tasty :)

Would love to join in,always good to have more support and encouragement,have lost 5lbs in 3 wks and have 43( and a half) to go! My wi is on a Monday.
 
Count me in ! I have about 35 lb to lose:*) I wi on a saturday to.

Excellent - I think a wee challenge like this will be so helpful.

So we have like the exact same amount to lose - Cant wait to get there at the end of it

Thanks Dolly Rocker ! It's made me think that I finally need to do more exercise,am building it up slowly but I think this challenge will encourage me when my mind isn't on it.
 
Oh I'm terrible I dont do any excercise - my bad!

I am just way too lazy tbh - But hopefully when I lose a wee bit that will change.

Today has been a good day so far - did have a tunnocks teacake with my lunch for 4pp's was delish.

Not sure what to have for dinner tonight probably a tuna salad with a slice of toast or something dont really fancy a baked spud again.

Oh been a total geek & printed out a wee sheet for every WI this year to pin up on my desk in work so that will hopefully stop me going for the vending machine haha

Sounds like a good idea,things like that seem to help.As to the exercise,I feel better for it and it helps me shift the weight better,plus I love the stage when definition sets in,still have a wobbly tum at the end of it all but I can cope with that lol

Hmmmmmmm yeah I defo need some definition :p

I will need to start some form of excercise soon enough anyway cos I am pretty sure my weight loss will get to a certain point then stop!

Oh yes the dreaded plateau!! I think you will do well anyhow,the challenge set up on here is a good start and the chart you have done for work :0)
