I had a WW bagel (4) WW sliced cheese (2) and a blob of pickle (1). Toasted the bagel then melted the cheese on top. Bag of S&V snack a jacks too (2).
I had a crusty roll with a chopped up banana in for lunch today!! Was lovely x

Big soup tub thing (7), 2 ww brown danish (3), ww yog (1), SaJ's (2), ww bar (2).
Hi, I had 2 bowls of zero point veg soup, pitta (3pp) with wafer thin slice of ham , light laughing cow cheese triangle, tomato and salad leafs. Taking ham and cheese as 1pp. Then had ww mallow 1pp and rice cake with chocolate spread 2pp. So that 7pp for lunch. Am stuffed now!!

I had a turkey and ham sub from subway for 7 points and it was lush! My husband was sat eating a foot long tuna melt with extra cheese and I didn't even bother coz mines was only 7pp yet delicious!

Goal 1: to lose 5% = 13lbs. (so, 9lbs to go)
I had 2 bread 5pp, 56g tuna 1pp, 20g salad cream 2pp and cucumber......was really nice x
